The star shaped superfood. The Sacha Inchi plant produces fruit with large edible seeds.
Native to South America and widely grown in Southeast Asia, Sacha Inchi is also sometimes referred to as Inca nut or mountain peanut.
These star-shaped pods contain powerful little seeds- Sacha inchi seeds are packed with nutrients. They are rich in protein, fiber, potassium, and heart healthy fats. They also contain several essential micronutrients and antioxidants. A fantastic plant-based source of Omega-3 nutrients, it also contains vitamin E, potassium, calcium, magnesium, vitamin A and various other antioxidants.
